We only share data with subprocessors such as hosting providers, payment processors, and authorities when legally required. All subprocessors are bound by agreements and SCCs where applicable.
Recruiter account data: Kept while active + 3 years
Candidate/client data (as Processor): Retained until recruiter deletes or up to 6–12 months after role closure
Logs/backups: Deleted within 90 days
Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. For candidate/client data, requests must be directed to the recruiter. TalentSyncHub supports recruiters in fulfilling these rights.

No Sale of Personal Information: TalentSyncHub does not sell, and has never sold, your personal information or the personal information of your candidates and clients.

TalentSyncHub uses essential cookies required to keep you logged into the platform and maintain session security. We may also use non-essential analytics cookies (such as basic traffic tracking) to help us improve the platform. In regions where consent is required (such as the EU/UK), these non-essential cookies are only activated if you explicitly opt-in via our cookie banner. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time through your browser settings.
