TalentSyncHub exists because we spent years doing the manual work it replaces. We built the tool we wished we had — and now we're sharing it with every recruiter who knows exactly what we mean.

Our story

From the desk to the product

TalentSyncHub was born from real recruitment work — not a pitch deck. After years of placing candidates across Tech, Pharma, MedTech, and Healthcare in the UK, DACH, and Italy, we kept running into the same three problems: hours spent relaying messages between clients and candidates, placements lost to communication gaps, and introductions left unprotected.

We looked for a tool that solved this. It didn't exist. ATS platforms track applications — they don't manage what happens after. So we built it ourselves.
